Lounge/Library – The Lounge Library is open for the use and enjoyment of local veterans Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The library includes books on U. S. military history with sections from the Revolutionary War through the present era. Television programming is available along with the capability for viewing a collection of DVD’s relating to military history. Every Saturday morning from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. there is an opportunity for social gathering, with coffee and light pastries, for all interested local veterans. Gorman Boardroom and Library – The Gorman Board Room and Library is available for Veterans’ organizations and committees to conduct meetings and for presentations. It is also the reading room for the Paolini Library. This collection of books is available to Veterans as well as the general public. Please note that the library does not allow books to be taken out of the premises but browsing is encouraged. Veterans Lounge is open for the enjoyment of all who appreciate the history behind our local veterans. Be sure to stop by the museum and walk through the historical references of the past through the eyes of our resident docent.
